Fees

Fees are based upon the scope of work, type of work and on-site days involved in the engagement.

In general, the first full day of on-site presentations, coaching and/or consulting work with a client involves an investment of $6,000 plus reasonable reimbursable travel and material expenses. The fees include all preparatory work and travel time. Each subsequent, consecutive day of on-site work is provided at a rate of $3,000 per day. Discounts are available for Press Ganey clients who provide e-Compass access to their satisfaction data.

Coaching clients schedule a set number of visits during 12 month time period. The investment varies based upon the number of on-site days requested. The approximate fees are: 3-5 days are $3,500/day, 6-9 are $3,000/day and 10-12 are $2,500/day.

Project pricing is also available; with the fees based on the scope of the engagement. For example: Leadership Assessment Survey project fees are approximately $12,000 for 250 senior leaders, directors and managers. Fees for this type of project vary based upon the number of survey participants. This project fee includes: developing the survey, collating and interpreting the results and a full-day of workshops or a retreat to present the results and discuss the organization's next steps.
